Timber frames incorporate long term strength and durability with the selective use of Australian plantation timbers. All high load areas are specially reinforced as an integral part of our frame quality.

Cushion Support Systems

Our cushion support systems are guaranteed for a period of 10 years and are designed for comfort, support and durability. ‘Flex Plus’ webbing by Intes of Italy or no-sag springs are selectively used relative to the nature of each furniture design.

Premium Cushioning Guarantee

Infinity foam cushions carry a Lifetime guarantee. All other foam cushions are guaranteed for 10 years and are Australian made to high density, high resilience specifications which conform to Australian industry standards. Premium quality fibrefill back cushions are selected for optimum comfort, support and durability. All fibrefill cushions are guaranteed for a period of 5 years.

Warranty - Recliner/Electric Lift Chairs & Sofa Beds

All recliner chairs, electric lift chairs and sofa bed mechanisms are independently warranted by their respective supplier to cover all mechanisims, metal moving parts, electrical components and frames

Care & Maintenance

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as this may cause fading of colours.

Filling material will soften and flatten to some extent with use. Regular turning of loose cushions will maintain their shape and increase their life. Periodic rotation of foam cushions will also help maintain their shape.

Clean stains and spills immediately following the directions on the fabric care label. If unsuccessful seek the advice of a professional cleaner.

Periodically vacuum down upholstery to remove any dust build up and to assist in maintaining original colour.

Please note that Leather over time will develop some creases and wrinkles, that are a natural characteristic of quality leathers.
